1/4 X 36 BUTYL 60 DUROMETER

APG stocks the 0728250X36, a Butyl 60 durometer Rubber Sheet Roll supplied with a thickness of 1/4 inch and a width of 36 inch. A rubber sheet roll provides a versatile stock material for fabrication and maintenance.

This material stands up to vegetable oils, gas permeation, and ozone and weathering. Butyl is valued for excellent vibration damping and energy absorption, very good weathering and ozone resistance. It should not be specified for service in chlorinated solvents or petroleum oils and fuels.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, damping and isolation, and gas containment.
