13850FF125B1000FC is a green Klingersil C-4401 Class 300 full face Flange Gasket built to a 10 inch nominal pipe size, a Class 300 pressure rating, and a thickness of 0.125 inch. In service, this flange gasket compresses between two pipe flanges under bolt load to create a leak-tight joint. Source specification: NPS, 0.125 THK.

The material holds up against elevated flange loads, hydrocarbons, and a broad range of process chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Klingersil C-4401 is known for clean release and easy removal at teardown, excellent torque retention and low creep relaxation. It is not the right choice where service beyond the published pressure-temperature envelope or strong oxidizing acids in some grades are present.
