12 X 24 X 7 NITRILE OIL SEAL

This oil seal is supplied in Buna-N (Nitrile) with a 12 mm inside diameter, a 24 mm outside diameter, and a height of 7 mm, catalogued under part number MOS-012-024-007-TC. It seals a rotating shaft against lubricant loss and contaminant ingress. Source specification: Rubber Covered OD, Double Lip W/ Spring.

This material stands up to greases and lubricants, propane and butane, and water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or strong acids.
