Carbon Fiber with Graphite is specified here for no aging, hardening or embrittlement over time and near-zero creep relaxation under load. The material holds up against very high temperature, fire exposure, and thermal shock. Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or highly oxidizing service above rated temperature will shorten service life.
