3/4 F X 1/2 THREAD ALUM

Ordered as 30705FAL, this is an Ever-Tite Aluminum Adapter / Reducer Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 3/4 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. The cam and groove coupling changes line size or connection type between two coupling ends.

As a material, Aluminum is valued for good corrosion resistance in general industrial service and economical cost per connection. The material holds up against many petroleum products, weathering, and general atmospheric corrosion. It should not be specified for service in strong acids and alkalis or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.

This part is produced in accordance with MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326 when anodized. Typical settings include tank truck and bulk transfer, construction and dewatering, and agriculture and irrigation.
