This crimp sleeve is supplied in Ever-Tite Aluminum built to a 1 inch nominal size, catalogued under part number 310CRSAAL. It is machine-crimped onto the hose to produce a one-piece assembly that cannot be loosened in the field. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 1-29/64 in to 1-35/64 in.

Aluminum is widely chosen for reduced operator fatigue on frequent connection cycles, fast, tool-free make and break in the field. Expect good resistance to weathering, many petroleum products, and general atmospheric corrosion. It is not the right choice where strong acids and alkalis or prolonged salt water immersion are present.

Typical settings include agriculture and irrigation, petroleum transfer, and tank truck and bulk transfer.
