APG stocks the 310CRSBAL, an Ever-Tite Aluminum Crimp Sleeve supplied with a 1 inch nominal size. A crimp sleeve is swaged down by a crimping machine over the hose and shank to form a permanent, high-retention assembly. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 1-9/16 in to 1-11/16 in.

Expect good resistance to many petroleum products, general atmospheric corrosion, and weathering. Aluminum is specified for good corrosion resistance in general industrial service and economical cost per connection. Verify compatibility before use with galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or strong acids and alkalis.

Typical settings include general industrial hose service, tank truck and bulk transfer, and agriculture and irrigation.
