1 1/2 CRIMP SLEEVE 304 S/S

APG stocks the 315CRSAASS, an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Crimp Sleeve with a 1-1/2 inch nominal size. A crimp sleeve compresses uniformly under a crimping die, locking the hose onto the coupling shank for good. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 1-7/8 in to 2-1/8 in.

The compound resists high pressure, chemical attack, and corrosion and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel is valued for dimensional stability under thermal cycling, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. It is not the right choice where galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades are present.

Typical settings include marine and offshore, pharmaceutical, and chemical transfer.
