*1 1/2 PART B BRASS FLANGED COUPLER

This cam and groove coupling is supplied in Ever-Tite Brass measuring a 1-1/2 inch nominal size, catalogued under part number 315FLBBR. It adapts a cam and groove connection to a bolted flange.

Brass is specified here for good corrosion resistance in water and mild chemical service, attractive, durable finish. This material stands up to moderate pressure, corrosion in water service, and atmospheric exposure. Applications involving dezincification in aggressive water or ammonia and amine compounds call for a different compound.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across water and irrigation, general industrial, and petroleum transfer.
