The 315FRLAASS is a Stainless Steel Ferrule Crimp Sleeve with a 1-1/2 inch nominal size. This crimp sleeve compresses around a hose end to retain the fitting.

This material stands up to high pressure, salt water and washdown, and chemical attack. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel is widely chosen for dimensional stability under thermal cycling, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. It is not the right choice where chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals are present.
