Lubricated PTFE Filament offers excellent dielectric properties and near-universal chemical inertness. It resists solvents, strong acids and bases, and nearly all industrial chemicals. It should not be specified for service in molten alkali metals or elemental fluorine at temperature.

This compression packing meets FDA requirements for food contact. Typical settings include laboratory equipment, aggressive-media pipelines, and pharmaceutical and biotech.
