This crimp sleeve is supplied in Ever-Tite Aluminum built to a 2 inch nominal size, catalogued under part number 320CRSCAL. It is machine-crimped onto the hose to produce a one-piece assembly that cannot be loosened in the field. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 2-25/32 in to 3 in.

It resists many petroleum products, weathering, and general atmospheric corrosion. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aluminum is specified for good corrosion resistance in general industrial service, fast, tool-free make and break in the field. It is not the right choice where strong acids and alkalis or prolonged salt water immersion are present.
