2 1/2 CRIMP SLEEVE ALUMINUM

Ordered as 325CRSAAL, this is an Ever-Tite Aluminum Crimp Sleeve with a 2-1/2 inch nominal size. The crimp sleeve compresses uniformly under a crimping die, locking the hose onto the coupling shank for good. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 2-31/32 in to 3-7/32 in.

It resists many petroleum products, general atmospheric corrosion, and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aluminum is specified for good corrosion resistance in general industrial service and economical cost per connection. Exposure to prolonged salt water immersion or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in agriculture and irrigation, construction and dewatering, and petroleum transfer.
