*2 1/2 NOTCHED FERRULE 304 S/S

Part number 325FRLBSS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Notched Ferrule with a 2-1/2 inch nominal size. A notched ferrule is drawn down over the hose and shank with a banding tool, the notches letting the band compress it evenly around the full circumference. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 2-31/32 in to 3-7/32 in. Unlike a crimp sleeve, which is swaged by a crimping machine, this ferrule is tightened with a banding tool.

Stainless Steel offers long service life in demanding outdoor environments, excellent corrosion resistance in washdown and marine service. This material stands up to salt water and washdown, elevated temperature, and chemical attack. Verify compatibility before use with chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.

Typical settings include food and beverage processing, marine and offshore, and chemical transfer.
