The 325SASS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Adapter / Reducer Cam and Groove Coupling with a 2-1/2 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 2 1/2 inch to 2 1/2 inch. This cam and groove coupling changes line size or connection type between two coupling ends.

The compound resists salt water and washdown, high pressure, and elevated temperature. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel offers long service life in demanding outdoor environments, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. Applications involving galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades call for a different compound.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Common environments for this compound include pharmaceutical, marine and offshore, and food and beverage processing.
