3 A X 2 THREAD BRASS

Part number 33020ABR is an Ever-Tite Brass Part A Male Adapter x Thread Cam and Groove Coupling supplied with a 3 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 2 inch (50.8 mm) to 3 inch (76.2 mm). A cam and groove coupling joins a male adapter end to a threaded connection.

The compound resists atmospheric exposure, moderate pressure, and corrosion in water service. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Brass is specified for excellent machinability yielding tight, clean threads and good strength with dependable sealing at threaded joints. Applications involving ammonia and amine compounds or dezincification in aggressive water call for a different compound.
