APG stocks the 330CRSAALRED, an Ever-Tite Aluminum Crimp Sleeve with a 3 inch nominal size. A crimp sleeve is swaged down by a crimping machine over the hose and shank to form a permanent, high-retention assembly. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 3-15/32 in to 3-23/32 in.

It resists many petroleum products, general atmospheric corrosion, and weathering. Aluminum offers a high strength-to-weight ratio that eases handling of large sizes and good corrosion resistance in general industrial service. Applications involving galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or prolonged salt water immersion call for a different compound.
