4 CRIMP SLEEVE ALUMINUM

This crimp sleeve is supplied in Ever-Tite Aluminum measuring a 4 inch nominal size, catalogued under part number 340CRSBAL. It is machine-crimped onto the hose to produce a one-piece assembly that cannot be loosened in the field. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 4-3/4 in to 4-7/8 in.

The material holds up against weathering, many petroleum products, and general atmospheric corrosion. Aluminum is valued for reduced operator fatigue on frequent connection cycles and good corrosion resistance in general industrial service. It is not the right choice where prolonged salt water immersion or strong acids and alkalis are present.
