Part number 380CRSACS is an Ever-Tite Carbon Steel Crimp Sleeve supplied with an 8 inch nominal size. A crimp sleeve is swaged down by a crimping machine over the hose and shank to form a permanent, high-retention assembly. It fits hose with an outside diameter of 8-5/16 in to 8-15/16 in.

Carbon Steel is specified here for dependable service in dry and oiled environments, good weldability and repairability. This material stands up to high pressure, mechanical load and impact. Exposure to corrosive media without protective coating or salt water immersion will shorten service life.
