1-1/2 X 1-1/2 316 S/S SPOOL ADAPTER

The 3E15SASS is a Tough-Tite Stainless Steel Spool Adapter Cam and Groove Coupling measuring a 1-1/2 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 1 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inch. This cam and groove coupling joins two male adapter ends back to back.

It resists corrosion and oxidation, salt water and washdown, and high pressure. Stainless Steel is valued for long service life in demanding outdoor environments, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. It should not be specified for service in chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.

Common environments for this compound include food and beverage processing, marine and offshore, and petrochemical.
