APG stocks the 3I5440, a Stainless Steel Worm Drive Hose Clamp supplied with an adjustment range of 2 inch (50.8 mm) to 3 inch (76.2 mm). A worm drive hose clamp provides even clamping force with a band that will not cut into the hose.

Stainless Steel is specified here for long service life in demanding outdoor environments and dimensional stability under thermal cycling. It resists chemical attack, corrosion and oxidation, and salt water and washdown. Applications involving galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades call for a different compound.

Typical settings include petrochemical, chemical transfer, and marine and offshore.
