Ordered as 3I5772, this is a Stainless Steel Worm Drive Hose Clamp with an adjustment range of 3.125 inch (79.375 mm) to 5 inch (127 mm). The worm drive hose clamp provides even clamping force with a band that will not cut into the hose.

As a material, Stainless Steel is specified for high mechanical strength and pressure capability, excellent corrosion resistance in washdown and marine service. The compound resists salt water and washdown, corrosion and oxidation, and chemical attack. Applications involving galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades call for a different compound.
