The 3I6716M is a Stainless Steel Worm Drive Hose Clamp supplied with an adjustment range of 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch. This worm drive hose clamp provides even clamping force with a band that will not cut into the hose. Source specification: Min 3/4 Max 1 1/2.

It resists chemical attack, high pressure, and elevated temperature. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel is specified for a hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines and dimensional stability under thermal cycling. It should not be specified for service in chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.
