3I6788-1 is a Stainless Steel Worm Drive Hose Clamp with an adjustment range of 4.5 inch (114.3 mm) to 6 inch (152.4 mm). In service, this worm drive hose clamp tightens with a simple screwdriver to clamp a hose securely onto a barb or shank.

It resists elevated temperature, salt water and washdown, and high pressure. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel offers high mechanical strength and pressure capability, dimensional stability under thermal cycling. It should not be specified for service in chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.

Typical settings include marine and offshore, petrochemical, and chemical transfer.
