The 3I6832 is a Stainless Steel Worm Drive Hose Clamp measuring an adjustment range of 1.5 inch (38.1 mm) to 2.5 inch (63.5 mm). This worm drive hose clamp provides even clamping force with a band that will not cut into the hose.

The compound resists chemical attack, salt water and washdown, and corrosion and oxidation. Stainless Steel is specified for dimensional stability under thermal cycling and a hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines. Applications involving galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in food and beverage processing, marine and offshore, and petrochemical.
