5/8 OD X 72 LONG RIGID PLASTIC

The 4PT12062 is an Acrylic Gauge Rod built to an outside diameter of 5/8 inch and a length of 72 inch. This acrylic gauge rod provides a shatter-resistant clear rod for level indication where glass would be a hazard.

Borosilicate gauge glass delivers light weight relative to glass and very good outdoor weathering resistance. The material holds up against dilute acids, weathering and UV, and moisture. Applications involving high temperature or solvents and ketones call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in signage and glazing, protective shields, and laboratory equipment.
