APG stocks the 4SHP075X16, a High Pressure Tubular Gauge Glass supplied with an outside diameter of 3/4 inch and a length of 16 inch. A tubular gauge glass installs into standard gauge cocks and packing nuts for straightforward replacement.

This material stands up to internal pressure, thermal shock, and chemical attack from water and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Borosilicate gauge glass offers precision-formed bore and wall thickness, borosilicate construction for thermal shock resistance. It is not the right choice where abrasive cleaning or service beyond the rated pressure and temperature are present.

Typical settings include process tanks and vessels, water treatment, and food and beverage processing.
