5/16" FDA PTFE YARN PACKING

This compression packing is supplied in Lubricated PTFE Filament with a 5/16 inch square cross section, catalogued under part number 11700312-10. It seals the shaft while allowing controlled leakage that lubricates and cools the packing set. The catalog record notes: 10 LB. Box - Approx. 133 FT.

The compound resists steam, oxidizing media, and nearly all industrial chemicals. Lubricated PTFE Filament is specified for a very wide continuous service temperature range and near-universal chemical inertness.
