Carbon Fiber with Graphite is specified here for excellent thermal conductivity and fire resistance, no aging, hardening or embrittlement over time. The material holds up against steam, thermal shock, and most chemicals across the pH range. It should not be specified for service in highly oxidizing service above rated temperature or strong oxidizing acids.
