-019 BLACK CHEMOURS VITON 75D O-RING

Ordered as VITON75019, this is an AS568-019 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material holds up against many acids, chlorinated solvents, and aggressive chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.
