The VITON75138 is an AS568-138 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.112 in (53.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.318 in (58.88 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to many acids, aggressive chemicals, and chlorinated solvents. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or ketones and esters are present.

Common environments for this compound include semiconductor equipment, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
