VITON75256 is an AS568-256 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.734 in (145.64 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.012 in (152.7 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

It sees regular use in aerospace, chemical processing, and semiconductor equipment.
