568-362 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Part number U90362 is an AS568-362 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.225 in (158.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.645 in (168.78 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for very high tensile strength and load capacity, outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Expect good resistance to impact and shock loading, petroleum oils, and abrasion and wear. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where acids and bases or ketones are present.
