Product Specification

-
This o-ring is supplied in AS568-432 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 5.35 in (135.89 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.9 in (149.86 mm), catalogued under part number U90432. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service, very high tensile strength and load capacity. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and ozone. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and high-pressure fluid power.

Reference part number U90432 when ordering; the item is sold individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 5 3/8 inch. As always, verify media compatibility and operating conditions against the requirements of your specific application. APG can cross-reference from an existing part number, a drawing or a physical sample if this size is not an exact match.
