Aramid Filament is known for controlled leakage that lubricates and cools the shaft, dependable service life when correctly adjusted. The compound resists elevated temperature and pressure, process media, and shaft wear. Rated for service to approximately 500°F. It should not be specified for service in running dry without flush or over-tightening of the gland.
