90 X 120 X 12 NITRILE OIL SEAL

APG stocks the MOS-090-120-012-TC, a Buna-N (Nitrile) Double Lip with Spring Oil Seal measuring a 90 mm inside diameter, a 120 mm outside diameter, and a height of 12 mm. An oil seal retains lubricant inside a housing while excluding dirt, water and contamination from the bearing cavity. Source specification: Rubber Covered OD, Double Lip W/ Spring.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, many alcohols, and propane and butane. It is not the right choice where automotive brake fluid or strong acids are present.
