Ordered as A80027, this is an AS568-027 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.301 in (33.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.441 in (36.6 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) delivers high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. This material stands up to hot water, high-temperature steam, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
