The A80111 is an AS568-111 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Aflas (TFE/P) delivers proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. It resists high-temperature steam, strong bases, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. Rated temperature range runs from -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. Exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons or low-temperature dynamic service will shorten service life.
