-128 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-128 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 1.487 in (37.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.693 in (43 mm), catalogued under part number A80128. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for excellent electrical insulating properties and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. Expect good resistance to sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and high-temperature steam. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service.
