This o-ring is supplied in AS568-165 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 6.487 in (164.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.693 in (170 mm), catalogued under part number A80165. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and proven performance in aggressive downhole environments. It resists amines and corrosion inhibitors, hot water, and strong bases. Rated temperature range runs from -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
