Product Specification

-
APG stocks the N70324, an AS568-324 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.77 in (44.96 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Neoprene (Chloroprene) is known for good resilience across a moderate temperature band and strong performance in refrigeration circuits. It resists mild acids, sunlight and salt spray, and refrigerants and ammonia. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated solvents call for a different compound.

Typical settings include weather sealing and enclosures, general industrial, and HVAC and refrigeration.

N70324 ships individually. Unit weight is approximately 3.8922 g. Check the compound against your process media, pressure and temperature before committing to a design.
