3MM CS X 10MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E3X10 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 10 mm (0.394 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 16 mm (0.63 in). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The compound resists dilute acids and alkalis, water and steam, and ozone, UV and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels are present.

Typical settings include water and steam systems, outdoor equipment, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
