2MM CS X 12MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

E2X12 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 12 mm (0.472 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 16 mm (0.63 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for good electrical insulating characteristics, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. This material stands up to water and steam, ozone, UV and weathering, and ketones. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels are present.

Typical settings include outdoor equipment, solar and roofing assemblies, and potable water applications.
