Ordered as E1X15, this is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 15 mm (0.591 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 17 mm (0.67 in). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against brake fluid, water and steam, and ketones. EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for good electrical insulating characteristics and very good flexibility at low temperature. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
