2MM CS X 37MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E2X37 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 37 mm (1.457 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 41 mm (1.61 in). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is valued for good electrical insulating characteristics, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across solar and roofing assemblies, HVAC and refrigeration, and potable water applications.
