2MM CS X 38MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E2X38 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 38 mm (1.496 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 42 mm (1.65 in). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for very good flexibility at low temperature, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. It resists ketones, water and steam, and ozone, UV and weathering. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).

It sees regular use in potable water applications, solar and roofing assemblies, and outdoor equipment.
