3MM CS X 45MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E3X45 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 45 mm (1.772 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 51 mm (2.01 in). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to water and steam, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ketones. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is valued for good electrical insulating characteristics, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels are present.

It sees regular use in water and steam systems, HVAC and refrigeration, and outdoor equipment.
