3MM CS X 52MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

APG stocks the E3X52, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 52 mm (2.047 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 58 mm (2.28 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) delivers very good flexibility at low temperature, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ketones. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.

Typical settings include solar and roofing assemblies, potable water applications, and outdoor equipment.
