3MM CS X 65MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

APG stocks the E3X65, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 65 mm (2.559 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 71 mm (2.8 in). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is specified for good electrical insulating characteristics, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.
