3MM CS X 70MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E3X70 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 70 mm (2.756 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 76 mm (2.99 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to water and steam, ozone, UV and weathering, and ketones. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) offers strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, good electrical insulating characteristics. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants are present.

Common environments for this compound include water and steam systems, potable water applications, and outdoor equipment.
